Sheltered Cove

Oil on Panel
16 x 12

Once again I find I don't have much to say about this. Another foggy day, more water, some foreground rocks. All together I think it works fairly well though.

I really love this piece. Sure is a wonderful and dream like setting. The fog to me suggests that it's a cold day but the water looks far too inviting to ignore. Also the tree standing on it's own suggests solidarity and creates a place to sit and think in a peaceful setting where the world can't bother you.

Thanks. There's not a whole lot to this, but sometimes you don't need much to get the message across.

The simplicity of this piece is perfect with it's message :D
